评价水环境应该进行水质环境和水力环境的评价。评价水质环境从以下三项内容进行评价,包括:现状评价、污染程度和动态评价。联系三种评价对比现状水质与标准之间的不同,动态反映水质变化的趋势。由此实现水环境评价的目的。

Hydraulic environment should be the evaluated at the same time. Evaluation of the water quality environment can be proceeded from the following three elements which includ： current status evaluation, pollution level evaluation and dynamic assessment. Contacting three evaluation and contrasting to the difference between the status quo and the standards of water quality, the water quality change trends can be reflected dynamically. From those above, the purpose of the evaluation of the water environment could be achieved.
