The Statistics and Analysis on the Social Responsibility Information Disclosure of Listed Companies

本文选择陕西省31家上市公司作为样本,采用内容分析法对其年报和社会责任报告披露的社会责任信息进行统计分析,分别从信息披露内容、形式、详细程度等方面来考察陕西省上市公司社会责任信息披露的现状及存在的问题,并提出相关对策和建议。

Choosing 31 listed companies of Shaanxi province as samples, using content analysis to analyze social responsibility in-formation disclosed from annual reports and social responsibility reports, the paper reviews the progress and problems of the social re- sponsibility information disclosure of listed companies of Shaanxi province respectively from the content, form, detail of the informa-tion disclosure and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
