摘要
本设计以ATMEL公司高性能的ATmega32单片机为主控单元构成了手持式测力计的硬件系统.前端信号放大电路采用专用的仪表放大器INA126,确保传感器输出的准确性.软件设计中应用过采样技术提高了对前端弱信号采集的精度,从而保证了测力计测输出的精确性.同时,该测力计集测量、显示和报警功能于一体,同时扩展出标准的RS232接口,可以与计算机实现通信,方便数据处理,另外为保证测量精度和适应应用环境,本设计中在软硬件设计方面对可靠性的设计进行了深入的探讨.
The design is the hardware of a dynamometer based on Atmega32 which was made in ATMEL. Ltd. In order to ensure exact signal output of the sensor, INA126 is used in the signal amplify circuit. In software design, over sample technology was used. Meanwhile, the dynamometer includes measure, dis- play and alarm. The standard RS232 interface can communicate with the compute. To guarantee accuracy of measurement and adaptation to the environment, a thorough discussion on the software and hardware is conducted.
