摘要
目的:研究肾脏损伤患者的院内治疗效果。方法:选择2009年2月-2012年6月本院诊治的98例肾脏损伤患者,所有患者的损伤分型均是按照美国创伤外科学会器官损伤标准而制定。Ⅰ～Ⅲ型肾脏损伤都可以进行保守治疗,IV型的肾脏损伤可以采用肾修补术,V型肾脏损伤行肾切除术。结果:其中有95例患者得到治愈,3例患者死亡。手术治疗的有19例,术中及术后均有1例发生死亡。结论:引起肾脏损伤患者死亡的主要原因有伤情较重、多处损伤以及治疗不及时等,对肾脏损伤进行准确地分型是临床治疗成功的关键。
Objective： To study the renal damage in patients with nosocomial treatment effect.Method： In author＇s hospital in 2009 February- 2012 year chased June for diagnosis and treatment of 98 cases of renal trauma patients, all patients with injury classification were in accordance with the United States Association for the surgery of trauma injury of organs and formulate standards. Type I-III kidney injury could be treated conservatively, type III kidney damaged by renal repair, type V injury of kidney nephrectomy. Result： 95 patients were cured, 3 patients died.Operation treatment of 19 cases, intraoperati,~e and postoperative deaths had occurred in i cases.Conclusion： Kidney injury due to the main cause of death in patients with serious multiple injuries of injury, and treatment is not timely, on renal injury of accurate typing of clinical treatment is the key to success.
