改良小切口入路空心钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨附着点骨折疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:应用改良小切口技术入路空心钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨附着点骨折的临床疗效。方法:从2006年6月-2011年6月共治疗急性后交叉韧带胫骨附着点骨折36例,采用改良小切口入路沿腓肠肌内侧头内缘与半腱肌间隙钝性分离,将腓肠肌内侧头肌腹与腘血管束拉向外侧,显露关节囊并切开,显露骨折端,复位后用4.0mm空心钉加垫片固定。结果:36例患者术后平均随访时间11.3个月(6~24个月)。所有骨折均一期愈合。后抽屉试验阴性者31例(86.7%),<1+者5例(13.3%),无2+以上者。Lysholm评分平均96.6分(86~100分)。膝关节活动度正常者34例,屈膝活动受限者1例,伸膝活动受限者1例。结论:改良小切口入路简便、安全,无须显露腘血管神经束,复位固定可靠,值得临床推广。
