重整反应的压力对催化重整装置的安全平稳运行具有重要意义。催化重整装置反应压力的控制方案有多种形式,控制方案涉及串级、分程、超驰、防喘振控制等,相对比较复杂,在设计过程和开工阶段,常会困扰用户和设计人员。总结了重整装置常用的三类反应压力控制方案;并根据催化重整装置工艺要求,结合工程设计及现场实践,对催化重整装置两种典型的反应再接触压力控制方案进行了详细的描述和分析。
The reforming reaction pressure is of great significance for smooth and saie operation of catalytic reforming unit. There are several types of control schemes for reaction pressure control, such as cascade control, split range control, override control, anti-surge control, they are complex. It's difficult for designers and users to select at design and startup stages. Three common schemes for reaction pressure control are summarized. According to catalytic reforming unit process requirement and combing the engineering design and site practice, two typical reaction recontacting pressure control schemes are described and evaluated in detail to provide the reference and discussion.
