摘要
滑板式控制阀利用多孔固定滑板与多孔动滑板的相对运动来控制流量,开创了控制阀板式直行程的结构特色,具有压差比大、线性特性控制阀在小开度下流量稳定、阀体体积变小等优势。但滑板式控制阀也存在是否可以通过定位器来改变流量特性等问题,在工程上选用时有待商榷。
Slide control valve uses the motion between one fixed porous slide and one porous sliding disc to control the flow. It creates a straight plate trip structure characteristic of control valve. It has a series of advantages of high differential pressure ratio, stable flow under small opening ratio with linear characteristics control valve and small valve body size, but the problem is that whether the flow characteristics of slide control valve can be reset by the actuator or not. The selection and application need to be conformed in the project.
