摘要
介绍了烟气连续排放监测系统(CEMS),烟尘监测采用光学透射和散射法;气态污染物采用直接抽取法和稀释法;烟气流量采用压差法、超声波法、热传导等多种测量方式。阐述烟尘、气态污染物及流量测量方法的原理,分析其优缺点,并提出烟尘、气态污染物、烟气流量在烟道的测点开孔位置;建议火电厂测量烟尘、气态污染物含量及流量采用的合理方式,仅供同行参考和借鉴。
Exhaust gas continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) is introduced, optical transmission and optical dispersion are used for flue soot monitoring and testing. Gaseous pollutant is followed with direct extraction and dilution methods. Exhaust gas flow is measured with differential pressure method, ultrasonic and heat exchange, and so on. The principle of flue soot, gaseous pollutant and flow measurement method are described, and its advantage and disadvantage are evaluated, and its Measuring point perforating position is put forward. The rational measurement mode is proposed for the testing of flue soot, gaseous pollutant content and flow, and can be used as the reference.
