摘要
国内基于统计学的钢材强度分布概型还很少 ,限制了可靠性设计的应用。在收集了大量Q2 35、 16Mn屈服强度实测数据的基础上 ,运用概率统计知识进行统计分析 ,得到了这 2种钢材屈服强度的分布规律及参数 ,可供起重机钢结构可靠性设计时选用参考。
In China,statistics-based distribution patterns of various steel materials′ strength available are so few as to limit the popularity of the reliability design method.In this paper,a great deal of experimental datas on the yielding strength of two kinds of steel materials(Q235 and 16Mn)are analysed using the knowledge on probability statistics,and the distribution patterns and the related parameters are concluded.The results could serve as a reference for crane′s steel structure design.
