The Research on Issues about Full Decoration of Commercial Residential Buildings

商品住宅装修一次到位,不仅能克服住宅装修存在的各种弊端,其所含的深远意义还在于可以节约能源,资源结构优化,逐步构建节约型的产业结构和消费结构,加快建设节约型社会,符合时代进步的要求。本文通过全装修商品房的发展历程的回顾,提出了住宅全装修的必要性及其重要意义,并从开发商的角度提出了在实施住宅全装修过程中关于设计、施工、合同管理等应注意的问题要点。

The one-stop decoration of commercial residential buildings not only overcomes all disadvantages in residential decoration. What＇s more, it can save energy, optimize the resource structure and gradually build the conservation-type industrial structure and consumption structure to accelerate construction of conservation-minded society and meet the growing demand. The thesis proposes the necessity and signifi- cance of full decoration by reviewing the development history of fully-decorated com- mercial residential buildings and also gives key points of matters needing attention about the design, construction and contract management, etc. during full decoration of houses in the view of a developer.
