浅谈桩基优化在尚汇豪庭项目中的实际运用

Discussion on Practical Application of Pile Foundation Optimization in Shanghui Court Project

结合尚汇豪庭项目的特点,提出了循序渐进的桩基优化模式:从方案布局到细节深化;从对部分高层的补充勘察,到将原定"钻孔灌注桩"改为"静压PHC桩";从通过试桩提高单桩承载力,重新进行合理布桩,减少各单体的布桩数量及桩长,使承载力挖潜效果得以切实体现的方式,探索高效、经济的房产开发管理模式。

In combination with the characteristics of Shanghui Court project, a phased pile foundation optimization pattern is proposed： From the scheme layout to detail deepening： fiom the supplemental reconnaissance for some high-rise buildings to change from former ＂cast-in place pile＂ to ＂static pressure PHC pile＂; from improving the bearing capacity of single pile by test piles to pile rearrangement, it can reduce the quantity of single piles and pile length to fulfill potential effects of bearing capacity and explore an efficient and economical real estate development management mode.
