Primary Investigation on Network Crisis Events Under Web 2.0 Environment on Campus and Intervention Mechanism

Web2.0环境下引发高校网络危机事件主要原因:信息交流的扁平化与干预机构的科层化、网络空间的虚拟交往、以及高校网络风险评估"堵"为主处理模式是高校危机事件形成的根本原因、客观因素以及主观因素。要加强网络舆情监控和预警;逐步实现干预机构组织的扁平化;逐步提高网络交往的标示性;逐步建立"疏"为主、疏堵结合的高校网络危机干预模式。

Under Web 2.0 environment several reasons that lead to network crisis events on campus include the following points 1. Flat information exchang~ 2. Bureaucratic intervention organizations; 3. Virtual interaction in web space 4. Taking ＂Prevention＂ as the main mode for risk evaluation for network. There are some methods to reduce such event 1. Strengthen social media monitor and early warning;2. Realize the flat intervention organization; 3. Improve signs of network interaction; 4. Build the mode of network crisis intervention mainly by ＂unclogging＂ ;5. Combine ＂unclogging＂ and ＂prevention＂together.
