摘要
采用镀银纤维与光触媒纤维长丝以不同嵌织比例和不同织物组织结构制得织物样品,采用吸收法对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果进行了研究,考察了其抗菌效果。研究表明,所制备的抗菌织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑菌效果,抗菌织物对于大肠杆菌抑菌效果优于金黄色葡萄球菌,斜纹织物的抗菌效果优于平纹织物和缎纹织物。研究认为织物的抗菌效果来自于银离子溶出性抗菌和TiO2的非溶性抗菌的协同作用。当镀银纤维和光触媒纤维嵌织比例为1︰1,并以斜纹组织织造时,织物中单质银质量分数为0.94%,TiO2含量为0.29%,织物具有良好的抗菌效果且生产成本较低。
Fabric samples are made from silver-plated fiber and photocatalyst fiber filament with different embedded weaving proportions and different stitches.This paper studies the bacteriostatic effect of escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus with absorption method and investigates their antibacterial effects.The research shows that antibacterial fabrics prepared have a good bacteriostatic effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus;antibacterial fabrics have a better bacteriostatic effect on escherichia coli than staphylococcus aureus and twills have a better antibacterial effect than plain fabric and satin fabric.The research believes that the antibacterial effect of fabrics comes from the synergistic action of dissoluble antibacterium of silver ion and insoluble antibacterium of TiO2.When the embedded weaving proportion of silver-plated fiber and photocatalyst fiber is 1 ︰ 1 and the fabric is twilled,the mass fraction of single substance silver in the fabric is 0.94% and TiO2 content is 0.29%.Fabrics have a good antibacterial effect and low production cost.
