摘要
概述了贝紫的历史与发展、品种和分布状况,介绍了贝紫染料的人工提取方法,复现了贝紫染料对丝绸的染色工艺。将贝紫应用于丝绸染色,对染色丝绸织物的水洗色牢度和摩擦色牢度进行测试。结果表明,贝紫染色丝绸织物不论水洗色牢度还是耐摩擦色牢度都可以与高标准的工业染色丝绸相媲美。探讨了贝紫在丝绸染色中的应用可行性,认为贝紫在丝绸染色中存在巨大的开发利用潜力,具有工业染料所无法替代的文化价值和经济效益。
This paper summarizes the history and development,variety and distribution status of murex-purple,introduces the manual extraction method of murex-purple dye and shows the dyeing process of silk with murex-purple dye.It applies murex-purple into silk dyeing and tests the color fastness to washing and rubbing of dyed silk fabric.The result shows that it is comparable to high-standard industrial dyeing silk in terms of color fastness to washing and rubbing.This paper also discusses the application feasibility of murex-purple in silk dyeing and believes that murex-purple has a great potential for development and utilization in silk dyeing and cultural value and economic benefits than industrial dyes.
