摘要 为能够从理论上建立起具有尺度独立性的机械结合面法向接触刚度的理论模型 ,从而解决以往研究工作存在的缺陷与不足 ,在一定的假设下 ,基于球体与平面的赫兹接触理论和接触分形理论 ,首次从理论上给出了具有尺度独立性的机械结合面法向接触刚度分形模型 ,并取得了与实验一致的数字仿真研究结果。 The micro profiles of rough surfaces influence heavily on the contact characteristics of machine joint surfaces. Although some researches on the normal contact stiffness of machine joint surfaces have been made, they were all based on statistical analysis of rough surfaces. So their results are all dependent on the scale. In order to solve this problem, the fractal model for normal contact stiffness of machine joint surfaces is built up under some given hypotheses based on Hertz contact theory between a sphere and a plane and the contact fractal theory between rough surfaces, which is independent upon the scale. The simulation results of the model are identical with that of the related experiment.
