潘新和对写作学的贡献,重在对中国写作史的研究;对语文学及语文教育学的贡献,重在批判旧的范式,创建以言语生命动力学为核心的语文学及语文教育学。言语人生的本质是存在本位的,而以写作为核心的语文教育则是表现本位的。

Pan Xinhe＇s devotion to writing lies mainly in his research on the writing history of China. His devotion to Chinese and Chinese education is found primarily in his critique on established paradigm and his stress on discourse dynamics which says that discourse as an existence of life is ontologically existential, and that Chinese education with writing in core is meant for representation of this existence.
