失独群体的社会救助制度探析——基于可持续生计视角

Research on the Social Assistance System of Lost Alone Groups — Based on the Perspective of Sustainable Livelihoods

独生子女由于意外事故而不幸死亡,给独生子女的父母造成了极其沉重的身体和心理创痛,使他们对生活和工作丧失信心与希望,心理变得极度敏感与脆弱,严重影响其生计的可持续。在可持续生计的理念下建立失独群体社会救助制度是实现其生计可持续的有效途径。文章在把握失独群体现状的基础上,基于可持续生计视角,从制度的价值取向、制度设计的原则、制度的构建以及制度构建中应注意的问题等四方面对失独群体的社会救助制度进行了深入研究。

Only child due to an accident tragic death will give sole biological parents a heavy blow, So that they lose confidence and hope to live and work, psychological become extremely sensitive and fragile, seriously affect their livelihood sustainablity. The social assistance system of the lost only group established under the concept of sustainable livelihoods is an effective way to achieve their livelihoods sustainable. The article based on the grasp of the lost only group on the basis of current situation, combined with the perspective of sustainable livelihood, research on the social assistance system of the lost only group from four aspects of the value orientation of the system, the design principle of system, system construction and the problems which should be paid attention to during system construction and so on.
