摘要
中国古代书院名师大儒具有强烈的历史使命感和社会责任意识,他们讲学论道,身体力行,举贤纳士,尊师继学,有教无类,推动了我国古代学术的繁荣昌盛,维系和提升了我国古代乡村社会的道德与文明水准。抚今思昔,以其为鉴,反求诸己,具有积极的现实意义。
In ancient China, Masters who teach in academies had a keen sense of historic mission and social responsibilities. By giving lectures, spreading theories, practicing what they advocated, recommending virtuous persons, paying respect to masters and being democratic to disciples, they promoted ancient China's scholarship, maintained and improved morality levels and civilization standards in rural society of ancient China. It is of positive and practical significance that we take the Masters' behaviors as mirrors to reflect what we lack.
