摘要 介绍冷挤压工艺规划的研究现状 ,分析其发展趋势 ,提出一基于特征的集成 CAD/ CAPP/ CAE和优化技术的冷挤压工艺规划原型系统 ,并对基于特征的产品模型建立、可行性分析、工艺规划和工艺评价及优化等关键技术进行分析。原型系统的建立为实现集成 CAD/ CAPP/ CAE和优化技术的冷挤压工艺规划系统奠定了基础。 The design of cold extrusion process is usually carried out by an experienced expert from his own expertise, existing designs and process rules. This paper introduces the current situation of cold extrusion process planning and presents its future development. Furthermore, an integrated CAD/CAPP/CAE and optimal technique prototype system of process planning for cold extrusion based on feature models is put forward. It also analyzes the key techniques,such as feature modeling, feasibility checking, process planning, process evaluation and optimization and system integration. The prototype provides the method and possibility to establish the last integrated CAD/CAPP/CAE system of cold extrusion.
