摘要
:针对起重运输机械等行业进口主机所用标准的不同 ,提出了为其配置盘式制动器的主体结构优化。根据使用时的一般状况 ,分析了制动器工作时的力学和热力学特性 ,建立了以制动时间和外形尺寸最小为目标的结构优化数学模型 。
It puts forward the structural optimization of the disk-type brake in accordance with the different standards of imported host machines,which are used in lifting,transportation and other machines. The paper analyses the features of the mechanics and thermodynamics of the brake on the basis of the general operational conditions, and sets up a structural optimized mathematical model oriented to minimizing the braking time and external measurements.
