在立法层面对贿赂犯罪进行完善,是目前摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。应从贿赂犯罪的现实立法规定与打击贿赂犯罪的实际需要出发,结合《联合国反腐败公约》有关内容并参考其他国家有关贿赂犯罪的立法规定,扩大贿赂犯罪中"贿赂"范围。

To improve the legislation for bribery crime is an important subject in front of us at present.This article states that we should expand ＂bribery＂ range in bribery crime from the realistic legislative provisions of bribery crime and the actual need to combat bribery offenses,combining the relevant content in ＂United Nations Convention against Corruption＂ and referencing the legislative provisions on bribery crime of other countries.
