复合阳离子型聚胺页岩抑制剂的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 合成了2种聚胺类页岩抑制剂PAA-6和PAB-8,通过考察他们的物理性质、相对抑制率和配伍性得知,聚胺PAA-6具有在低添加浓度下抑制作用良好和配伍性一般的特点;聚胺PAB-8具有低阳离子度和在低添加浓度下抑制作用一般的特点。将它们混合后得到的聚胺PAH,同时具有聚胺PAA-6和聚胺PAB-8的优点,抑制作用很好。进一步通过抑制膨润土造浆实验和黏土层间距XRD数据分析,表明聚胺PAH进入黏土层间后,结构中的铵基阳离子交换出层间水分子,通过静电作用中和黏土晶层表面的负电荷,降低黏土层间水化斥力,能抑制黏土水化膨胀。 hale inhibitor of polyamine PAA-6 and PAB-8 are synthesized in this paper.From evaluations of the physical properties,relative inhibition rates and compatibility in drilling fluids system,it is found that PAA-6 has the characteristics of excellent inhibition with low concentration and common compatibility,and PAB-8 has the properties of low cationic degree and common inhibition with low concentration.However,PAA-6 and PAB-8 are mixed to obtain PAH,which has the merits of them,meanwhile the inhibition is excellent.From further test of mud-making inhibition of bentonite and XRD measurement analysis,the results demonstrate that when polyamine PAH enters into clay inter-layer,ammonium ions may exchange water molecular from inter-layer and reduce hydration repulsion by neutralizing negative charges on the intermicellar surface,consequently inhibiting the clay from hydration and swelling.
