摘要
以AM、AMPS和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)合成了三元共聚物油井水泥降失水剂,分别利用红外光谱和热重分析仪对其进行了结构和热稳定性表征,利用凝胶渗透色谱法对其进行了相对分子质量和分布的表征;并分别评价了聚合物加量对水泥浆失水量的影响、聚合物在不同温度下的降失水能力以及加有该聚合物的水泥浆的综合性能。实验结果表明,当其加量为0.7%(BWOC)时,可将水泥浆在170℃时的失水量控制在50 mL以内,并且以该降失水剂为主剂的水泥浆稳定性好,初始稠度低,过渡时间短,水泥石强度发展快。
A cement filtrate reducer is synthesized by three monomers of acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamido-2methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) and N-vinypyrrolidone(NVP).The structure and thermal stability of the copolymer is characterized by infrared spectroscopy and thermo-gravimetric analyzer(TGA).The molecular weight and distribution is characterized by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).And the effects of filtration rate and comprehensive performances of cement slurry by this copolymer are evaluate dindifferent temperatures.The experim ental results indi cate that the APIfiltration rate is about 50 mLwith the concentration of 0.7%(BWOC) in conditions of 170 ℃.Moreover,the cement slurry system has good performances of stability,low initial viscosity,short transient time,and fast development of cement strength.
