摘要
为提高发动机推力测量精度,从推力测量台架设计和推力测量系统校准角度出发,首先介绍了影响航空发动机推力测量精度的主要因素及推力测量台架;然后分析了不同动架支撑方式对台架刚度系数的影响,及发动机推力、动架支撑方式和台架刚度系数三者之间的内在联系,阐明了不同校准方式对动架支撑方式的决定性影响;最后总结了推力测量台架设计应遵守的优选原则。
To improve the thrust measurement accuracy, based on the design and calibration of thrust mea- surement test bench, major factors that affect the thrust measurement accuracy for aero engine and thrust measurement rig were introduced firstly, then the impact of different movable stand support on rig rigidity coefficient was analyzed, and the relationship between engine thrust, support of movable stand and rigidity coefficient of test bench was discussed. In addition, the influence of test bench rigidity coefficient by vari- ous supporting method were clarified. In the end, an optimal design principle for thrust measurement test bench was summarized based on these analyses.
