Spirituality and Social Work

西方社会工作在精神性与宗教议题的复兴，与当代社会现实发生的结构性变迁有着直接的关系。作为当代社会工作发展的一个重要转向，精神敏感性社会工作将宗教、精神性、主流价值观、非宗教认同与表达等更为广泛的议题整合进来，在社会工作理论、方法、实务领域经历了从宗教主导、世俗化与专业化、跨学科整合的发展阶段。伴随着全球化进程的目渐深入，精神性敏感的社会工作又与社会工作的全球化——本土化议题、全球社会工作等更为关键的议题连接起来，需要给予系统的关注。

The revival of spirituality and religious issues in the western social work has a direct relationship with the structural changes in the reality of contemporary society. As an important shift in contemporary so- cial work development, the spiritual sensitivity-based social work integrates a broader range of issues such as religion, spirituality, mainstream values, and non-religious identity and expression, and has undergone the stages of religious domination, secularization, specialization and interdisciplinary integration in terms of social work theory, methods, and practical areas. With the accelerated development of globalization, the spiritual sensitivity-based social work has established links to the more critical issues of social work globalization such as localization issues and globalized social work, which needs systematic attention.
