当今时代,话语权已然成为各国竞相角逐的一种新力量。"话语权"之争的实质,就是关乎国家生死存亡的意识形态主导权的斗争。马克思主义作为当代中国占主导地位的意识形态,其话语权的巩固和增强直接关系到民族、国家和政党的兴衰成败。因此,必须拓展和增强马克思主义意识形态话语权,发挥马克思主义意识形态的主导和引领作用。

Discourse power has now become a new force that all countries struggle for. The rivalry for discourse power is, in essence, the competition for ideological dominance which concerns a country's survival. As Marxism is the dominant ideology in contemporary China, the enhancement and consolidation of its discourse power has a direct bearing on the success or failure of the people, the state and the Party. Therefore, it is necessary for the Marxist ideology to have its discourse power expanded and enhanced and to play a role of domination and leadership.
