开放式创新视角下中国高技术产业技术获取途径研究

Research on Technology Acquisition Approach of Chinese High Technology Industries: from the Perspective of Open Innovation

在Chesbrough提出的开放式创新基础上,文章运用高技术产业1998—2008年面板数据,实证分析了技术创新内部和外部获取途径对我国本土企业创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明,内部研发、国外技术引进、出口学习效应、用户创新对企业创新绩效都有显著的正向影响;FDI技术溢出在激励企业创新的同时,也存在负面效应;购买国内技术并没有对我国本土企业技术创新能力的提高产生促进作用。基于此,提出了若干加快提升我国企业技术创新能力的政策建议。

The paper empirically investigates the impact of internal and external acquisition approach on the high-teeh industrial innovation per- formanee in China based on the panel data frona 1998 to 2008 from the Perspective of Open Innovation created by Chesbrough. The results show that These technology acquisition approach inelude internal R＆D,Technology import ,learning-by-exporting,user innovation have positive effects on the innovation performance. FDI technology spillover effect can inspire enterprise innovation ,but it also have negative effect; purchase of do- mestic technology have no positive impact on technological innovation of Chinese local enterprises. The paper puts forward some policy proposals on accelerating technological innovation of Chinese local enterprises on the basis of above findings.
