立式复合床煤调湿监控系统设计

Design of monitoring system of coal moisture control of vertical composite-bed

针对立式复合床煤调湿设备的调湿过程需要实时监视、控制的问题,设计了一种立式复合床煤调湿监控系统;根据煤调湿设备的工艺流程及特点,给出了该系统功能及3层网络结构,详细介绍了该系统硬件及上位机监控画面的设计。实际应用表明,该系统确保了煤调湿设备的稳定、安全运行,也为现场工作人员提供了直观的监控方式。

In view of problem that moisture control process of coal moisture equipment of vertical composite-bed needs real-time monitoring and control,a monitoring system of coal moisture control of vertical composite-bed was designed.Functions and three-layer network structure of the system were given according to process and characteristics of coal moisture equipment,design of hardware and monitoring picture of upper-computer of the system were introduced in details.The actual application showed that the system ensures stable and safe running of coal moisture equipment and provides intuitive monitoring mode for field personnel.
