基于DM642的矿井提升机钩数统计系统设计

Design of hook number statistics system of mine hoist based on DM642

针对传统的矿井提升机钩数统计方法存在计数不准确、效率低的问题,设计了一种基于DM642的矿井提升机钩数统计系统,给出了该系统的整体结构,详细介绍了将Sobel算子边缘检测算法和帧差法相结合的提升机钩数统计算法实现。实验结果验证了该系统的实时性和准确性。

In view of problems of inaccurate counting and low efficiency of traditional hook number statistics method of mine hoist,a hook number statistics system of mine hoist based on DM642 was designed.General structure of the system was given,implementation of hoist hook number statistics algorithm which integrated Sobel operator edge detection algorithm and frame difference algorithm were introduced in details.The experiment result validated real-time performance and accuracy of the system.
