摘要
阿司匹林铜具有很强的抗炎作用,它在体液组织中的某些关键效应,与阿司匹林相比表现出高效低毒的药理学特点。我们主要研究阿司匹林铜配合物的合成及其红外光谱分析,利用Cu-Cl2为原料合成阿司匹林铜,并对其结构进行红外表征,红外光谱分析显示,合成的阿司匹林铜与文献谱图一致,其配位方式属于桥式双齿配位。
Copper-aspirin complex has a strong anti-inflammatory effect. Its key effect in body fluid organization shows high efficiency and low toxicity pharmacological characteristics, compared with aspirin. This paper mainly studies the synthesis and the infrared spectrum analysis of copper-aspirin complex, We use copper chloride as the material to synthetise copper-aspirin complex and test its surface characteristics through infrared spectrum analysis. The infrared spectrum analysis shows that copper-aspirin complex is in line with literature spectrum diagrams and its coordination mode is bridge-bidentate.
