摘要
基于ABAQUS-Explicit显式动力学有限元法建立了风电锁紧盘三维有限元模型,通过设置材料的不同密度分析了质量缩放对应力、接触压力和承载扭矩的计算精度以及运算时间的影响,并讨论了模型中动能与内能比值的变化。结果表明:(1)风电锁紧盘的过盈装配分析中,当质量放大1×106倍时,应力、接触压力和承载扭矩的计算结果仍具有很高的精度,同时运算时间仅为真实密度下运算时间的0.1%;(2)风电锁紧盘模拟中,动能与内能的比值大于5%时的计算结果仍具有很高的精度。
Based on ABAQUS-Explicit dynamic explicit finite element method, three-dimensional finite element model of wind turbine' s shrink disk was established. The influence of mass scaling on the accuracy of stress, contact pressure and torque was analyzed by setting different density of material, and the ratio of kinetic energy and internal energy was discussed. The results show that : ( 1 ) the results of stress, contact pressure and torque have high accuracy while mass scaling factor was 1 000 000, but its computing time is only 0.1% of the computing time in the real density ; (2) the results still have high accuracy when the ratio of kinetic energy and internal energy is beyond 5%.
