热连轧卷取机设备间隙分析

Anlysize on the Equipment Gap of the HSM Coiler

针对某热连轧卷取机在投产一段时间后设备间隙发生变化,并对卷取生产产生了影响。文章分析了不良设备间隙的产生机理,并针对这种设备部件间间隙不易测量的情况,研究了一种利用现有检测元件检测设备综合刚度的方法来测试分析设备间隙的方法。通过这种方法可以有效地判断出影响卷取设备间隙的因素并进行检修,解决了设备异常响声和卷形质量差的问题,实践证明这种方法是方便可行的,同时对其它类似间隙不易测量的设备检查有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper analyzes the principle of the harmful equipment gap based on a hot-strip mill coiler and the effects to the coiler operation. And a detecting gap way by detecting coiler module was introduced based on the diffcuhy of detecting gaps. By this way,it can quickly know the key factor of affecting coiler clearance for maintanace and the problems can be resolved. It shows that such way is feasible and useful for detecting the gaps with difficult mesurement.
