摘要
大学生就业创业是社会关注的热点,关系到高校的发展,关系到社会的和谐、稳定。对大学生进行就业创业教育引导,是解决大学生就业创业难的重要措施之一。为此,分析大学生就业创业的现状,有利因素,教育引导的意义、作用、途径、方法等。
The employment entrepreneurship of the graduates has become a social heat,which is related to the development of colleges and universities,to the social harmony and stability.Employment of entrepreneurship education and guidance for college students is one of the important measures to solve the problems of employment difficulties.The status of employment of university students entrepreneurship is focused on.Favorable factors;significance of education and guidance,role,approaches and methods are analyzed.
