摘要
建立健全现代企业在广告宣传中的法律风险防范体系是一项系统工程。预防、控制现代企业在广告宣传中的法律风险,最好的方式是将法律意识贯穿于广告合同签订与履行的始末。现代企业只有预防、控制法律风险的发生,方能最大程度上减少企业的损失。
Establishing a sound legal risk prevention system of the modern enterprises in advertising is a systematic project. The best method to prevent and control the legal risks of modern enterprises in advertising is to let the legal awareness throughout the advertising contract from the signed beginning to the fulfillment end. In order to minimize the loss of business, modern enterprises have to prevent and control the legal risks in advertising.
