基于SWOT的永福旅游发展战略研究

A STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM IN YONGFU BASED ON SWOT

永福县的旅游资源极其丰富,开发旅游产业有利于区域经济发展。永福具有区位、旅游资源丰富等优势,但也存在着资源利用率低、竞争能力低下、人才匮乏等不足。本文结合SWOT模型,提出了永福县应根据本地实际,采用增长型战略、扭转型战略、多种经营战略等积极措施,以促进旅游业的健康发展。

There are the abundant tourism resources in Yongfu, which will be the benefit for the regional economic development. There are some advantages for example the location advantage, the abundant tourism resources and so on, whereas the shortage of the low resource utilization, the low competition ability and the lack of talent ,etc. Based on the model of SWOT , the paper proposes to adopt some positive measures ,such as the strategies of growth, turnaround and diversified operation, ,etc, to develop the tourism economic in the background of the local actual situation.
