摘要 柑橘是人们日常食用的水果之一,在世界水果市场上与苹果、梨并称"三大果霸"。古代四川作为我国柑橘原产地之一,是整个西部柑橘生产的核心区,在全国柑橘市场占有重要地位。唐宋是四川柑橘的黄金期,不仅以贡品身份为皇家所青睐,而且以栽植广、产量大、果质优的特色饮誉全国。在巴蜀著名果品中,柑橘成为惟一堪与荔枝相媲美的水果。 Citrus, as one of the 'Three Great Fruits' (namely apple, pear and citrus) in the world fruit market, is commonly enjoyed by people across the world. The ancient Sichuan region as both one of the origins of citrus in China and the core area of that throughout western China occupies an important place in national citrus market. The truth is that it is during the Tang and Song Dynasties also the golden age of citrus that not only did it gained the imperial family’ s favor as a tribute but was well-known for its wide cultivation, huge production, and high quality around the country. In addition, it is the only one among a great many famous fruits in Sichuan and Chongqing regions that can competes with litchi in southern China.
