On Dynamic Modeling and Simulation of Directional Performance of Log Hauling Trucks

摘要 :基于计算机通用程序 DYNOCOMBS(约束多体系统动力学 ) ,开发了不同结构原木拖车的摆—滚—颠模型的一般非线性算法。采用一般卡车通用动力学分析程序 ,只需补充描述原木拖车特殊设计特征的约束方程 ,上述算法即可实现。为综合考虑轮胎转弯和刹车力 ,仿真中应用了 BNPS模型。系统方向性响应的数值计算结果与实验现场测试结果以及 CSTT(加拿大国家研究会路面运输技术中心 )模型进行了校核。摆 -滚 -颠模型与仅考虑摆动的模型计算结果进行了比较。为适应货物质量质心以及轮胎的硬度和转弯特性等参数的变化 。 A general non-linear procedure for yaw-roll-pitch models of log hauling trucks, with different configurations, is developed based on the methodology of a general purpose computer code DYNOCOMBS (Dynamic of Constrainted Multibody Systems). To implement the constraint equations for the special design feature in log hauling trucks, a procedure is developed allowing the use of the code for general-purpose dynamic analysis of the trucks. The BNPS model for combined tire cornering and braking forces is used in the simulation. The numerical results for directional responses of the system are checked against measured responses in field tests and the CSTT (Center for Surface Transportation Technology) model. A comparison of the results for the yaw-roll-pitch model and a yaw model is also carried out. The sensitivity of the handling performance due to change in the magnitude of the mass and the location of the mass center of the payload and the stiffness and cornering characteristics of the tires are investigated.
