介绍了以计算机为核心的齿轮泵流量仪的智能化设计方法,详细讨论了智能系统所用的可感知液面变化的红外光电传感器电路及其所采用的抗干扰措施,实现了容积法测量流量的全自动化、智能化和高精度化。
The intelligent design method for the flow measuring instrument of the gear pump is introduced in detail. The data acquisition, output control and display are performed by the computer. In this system, the infrared sensor and modem circuit, which have anti-jamming measures and can detect the change of the liquid surface,are also discussed. The automatic, intelligent and accuracy measurement of the flow volume are realized by the intelligent design.
