摘要
SIP墙板具有保温节能、施工方便和材料利用率高等优点,是一种综合性能很高的木结构复合材料。本文详细介绍了面板为定向刨花板(OSB)和花旗松胶合板(Plywood),芯材为聚苯乙烯泡沫板(EPS)的SIP墙板的制备工艺,并总结了一些制备中需要注意的问题。
Structural Insulated Panels（SIP）with energy-saving,is a new type of high performance composite materials. This paper intro- duces in detail the panel for OSB （OSB）and Douglas fir plywood （Plywood）,core material for polystyrene foam board （EPS）SIP wallboard preparation technology,and summarizes some problems that should be paid attention to in preparation of.
