Through the statistics of the 220 kV grid ：projects in southern Hebei construction investment data in the ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ period, the paper analyzes the influence factors and changing pattern of the grid investment, and grasps the power grid project cost trends. Comparative analysis are given according to the annual level of the project costs, project budget investment and quota design, project investment budget and final accounts of completed project. Summary is given on the characteristics of 220kV power transmission project construction investment, designed to further siren,,hen and standardize the investment management of construction projects to achieve the purpose of the reasonable control of the project cost, to provide a basis for investment decisions, to effectively improve the benefit of investment and management level of the power grid works construction.
