水药牙康方治疗胃火牙痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Shuiyao Yakang prescription on patients with gastropyretic toothache

目的观察水药牙康方治疗胃火牙痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、阳性药平行对照,将130例胃火牙痛患者随机分成治疗组68例,对照组62例,治疗组采用口服牙康方治疗,对照组口服黄连上清片治疗。两组均以7d为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程。分别观察两组止痛起效时间、止痛维持时间及临床疗效。结果治疗组68例,治愈37例,显效15例,有效13例,无效3例,总有效率为95.59%;对照组62例,治愈13例,显效18例,有效20例,无效11例,总有效率为82.26%;治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组止痛起效时间、止痛维持时间优于对照组(P均<0.01)。两组均未见不良反应。结论水药牙康方具有清胃泻火,缓解牙齿疼痛作用,对治疗胃火牙痛有效,且安全无副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Shuiyao Yakang prescription on gastropyretic toothache. Methods With the methods of randomization,double blindness and positive drug paralell control, 130 cases with gastropyretic toothache were randomly divided into the treatment group（68 cases） and the control group （62cases）. The treatment group took Shuiyao Yakang for oral administration,while the control group took Huanglian Shangqing tablets. Both groups were treated for 2 courses with 7 days in one course. Then,the analgesic onset time, analgesic duration and clinical effect were observed. Results After the treatment, 37 cases in the treatment group were cured, 1 5 cases partially effective, 13 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate reached to 95.59%. However, 13 cases in the control group were cured, 18 cases partially effective, 20 cases effective, 11 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 82.26 % ,which was obviously lower than that of the treatment group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The analgesic onset time and analgesic duration of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. Patients of both groups had no adverse reactions after the treatment. Conclusion Shuiyao Yakang prescription could relieve the discomfort and pain in both the stomach and teeth. It is effective to treat gastropyretic toothache and has no side effect.
