特发性膜性肾病的诊治进展 被引量:1

摘要 特发性膜性肾病(idiopathic membranous me—phropathy,IMN)是成年人肾病综合征常见的致病因素,占成人肾病综合征(neprotic syndrome,NS)的25%~40%,在我国约占原发性肾小球疾病的10%,是国内外NS主要的病理类型之一,约占膜性肾病(membranous nephropathy,MN)的66%。IMN主要的病理特征是肾小球脏层上皮细胞下免疫复合物沉积,后期出现肾小球基底膜弥漫增厚,上皮侧免疫复合物沉积而形成钉突和(或)相互融合。
