Analyzing the kinetics of the crank swing link of self-balanced cooling bed charge device

对自平衡式冷床上料装置曲柄摆杆机构的机械动力学进行了分析 ,得出曲柄摆杆机构的运动微分方程 ,进而得出了当曲柄作匀速转动时作用在曲柄上转矩 m(φ)的变化规律以及该机构各构件的运动规律及轨迹。

The mechanical kinetics of the crank swing link mechanism of self balanced cooling bed charge device has been analyzed in this paper, through which the kinetic differential equation of the crank swing link mechanism is obtained and the varied regulation of torque m(φ) which acts on the crank is further procured when the crank turns in constant speed. At the same time, the kinetic regulation and the track of this mechanism will also be obtained through the equation.
