钩藤散对痴呆大鼠组织内乙酰胆碱酯酶含量及学习能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究钩藤散治疗血管性痴呆的作用机制。方法:采用大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎(2-VO法)制作VaD模型,将造模后的VD大鼠随机分为A组B组和C组并加以相应治疗,另设D组采用水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力,同时检测血清和大脑海马组织含量。结果:C组、B组与A组给药后相比较存在明显差异(P<0.05),差别有统计学意义;钩藤散组血清和海马含量较模型对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论:钩藤散能改善血管性痴呆大鼠血和海马内含量,钩藤散可以治疗VD大鼠。 objective: Research unearia scattered treatment of vascular dementia mechanism of action Methods: Using rat bilateral common carotid artery ligation (2 - VO method) making VaD model, Making die after VD rats were randomly divided into group A and group B and C group to the corresponding treatment, establish A group D with water maze test rats learning and memory ability, At the same time measure serum and brain hippocampus tissue contentResults: C group, group B and A group after the treatment phase is obvious difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The difference was statistically significance; Hook rattan scattered group serum and hippocampal content is reduced model control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) Conclusion: uncaria scattered improve vascular dementia rats blood and hippocampus in content, Hook rattan powder can be treated VD rats.
