摘要
目的:探究人流产术后患者出现阴道出血现象的原因及相应的解决方法。方法:选取2011年1月至2012年1月间我院妇科收治的80例人流术后出现阴道流血症患者作为研究对象,对其检查、临床处理、治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果:80例患者中,50%的患者属于人流不全、胎物残留或者子宫复旧不良导致子宫出血。治疗后,阴道出血持续(9.4±3.6)d,4例患者出血量较多,16例患者出血量为少量。结论:应在了解人流后阴道出血原因的基础上对其保持高度重视,采用有效的预防和治疗措施,使阴道流血的症状缓解与时间缩短。
To explore the causes and countermeasures of colporrhagia aiffer artificial abortion. Methods： January 2011 -2012 in January our hospital gynecological admitted 80 cases of abortion after vaginal bleeding patients as the research object of this study, carried out a retrospective analysis of its examination, clinical treatment colporrhagia. Results： 80 patients, 50% of patients are incomplete abortion, fetal residues caused by bad uterine bleeding or uterine involution. After treatment, vaginal bleeding continued 9.4 ± 3. 6d, 4 patients bleeding more, 16 patients for a small amount, conclusion： colporrhagia should be understood that abortion causes to maintain a high degree of emphasis on effective prevention and treatment measures, effectively alleviate the symptoms of colporrhagia can further shorten the time of colporrhagia.
