摘要
在金属切削加工中,刀具的耐用度、工件的加工时间和加工表面粗糙度影响因素的确定是极其重要的。本文采用在工作矩阵上运用逐步回归技术,分别选出影响刀具的耐用度、工件的加工时间和加工表面粗糙度的最优因子区域,并获得最优预报及关系式。
In mechanical processing, it is important to estimate the influence factors of cutter life, the process time and the surface roughness, This paper use stepwise regression in matrix to select the most priority factor domain of influencing cutter life, the process time and the surface roughness. Finally, the most priority forecast and related equation are gained.
