摘要 目的探讨杜仲提取物对大鼠激素水平、物质代谢及运动能力的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组、力竭运动组、力竭运动加药组(服用杜仲提取物)。7周力竭运动后取材测定血清胰岛素、胰高血糖素、生长激素、血糖、肝糖原、肌糖原、乳酸血尿素和血红蛋白等生物化学指标。结果①与安静对照组比较:力竭运动组大鼠胰岛素和生长激素水平显著低于安静对照组,(P<0.05或P<0.01),胰高血糖素水平显著高于安静对照组(P<0.05);肝糖原、肌糖原含量及血糖浓度显著低于安静对照组,且均有极显著性差异(P<0.01);血乳酸浓度和肌乳酸含量均显著高于安静对照组(P<0.01),BU浓度极显著高于安静对照组(P<0.01),Hb含量显著低于安静对照组(P<0.05);跑台运动至力竭时间显著长于安静对照组(P<0.05)。②与力竭运动组比较:力竭运动加药组大鼠胰岛素和生长激素水平均极显著高于力竭运动组(P<0.01),胰高血糖素水平显著高于力竭运动组(P<0.05);肝糖原含量及血糖浓度极显著高于力竭运动组(P<0.01),肌糖原含量显著高于力竭运动组(P<0.05);血乳酸和肌乳酸浓度极显著低于力竭运动组(P<0.01);BU浓度极显著高于力竭运动组(P<0.01),Hb含量极显著低于力竭运动组(P<0.01);大鼠跑台运动力竭时间有显著的延缓作用(P<0.05)。结论杜仲提取物可提高力竭运动大鼠激素水平,改善物质代谢,延长运动时间,增强运动能力。 Aim To investigate the effect of Eucommia ulmoides oliver extract on hormone levels, metabolism and exercise capacity in rat. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into sedentary control group, the exhaustive ex- ercise group and exhaustive exercise plus drug group ( taking Eueommia ulmoides oliver extract). After 7 weeks of exhaustive exercise, serum insulin, glucagon, growth hormone, blood sugar, liver glycogen, muscle glycogen, lac- tic acid blood urea and hemoglobin and other biochemical parameters are measured. Results (~)Compared with the quiet control group exhaustive exercise group's insulin and growth hormone levels were significantly lower than the quiet control group (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ), glueagon levels were significantly higher than the quiet control group (P 〈0. 05 ); glycogen, muscle glycogen and blood gIucose concentration were significantly lower than the quiet control group and showed significant difference (P 〈0. 01 ) were significantly higher than the quiet control group (P 〈 ; blood lactate concentration and muscle lactate content 0. 01 ), BU concentration was significantly higher than the quiet control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) of Hb content was significantly lower than the quiet control group (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; treadmill running to exhaustion was significantly longer than the quiet control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). (~) Compared with exhaustive exercise group, exhaustive exercise and drug rat group's insulin and growth hormone were all significant- ly higher than the exhaustive exercise group (P 〈 0.01 ), glucagon levels were significantly higher than the exhaus- tive exercise group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; hepatic glycogen and blood glucose levels were very significantly higher than the exhaustive exercise group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), muscle glycogen content was significantly higher than the exhaustive exer- cise group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; blood lactate and muscle lactate concentration was significantly higher than the exhaustive exercise group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; BU concentration was significantly higher than the exhaustive exercise group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and Hb content was significantly lower than the exhaustive exercise group (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the treadmill rates after exhaustive exercise showed a significant delay (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Eucommia extract can improve the hormone levels of the rats after exhaustive exercise, improve their material metabolism and prolonged exercise time, and enhance the athletic ability of rats.
