试论民本思想与新时期廉政文化核心价值的构建

On the Construction of the Core Value of Clean Government Culture of the New Era and the People-oriented Thought

民本思想是古代中国儒家思想的主要内容,也是我国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。在当代改革开放和市场经济背景下,传承和弘扬中国传统文化中"为政以德""民为邦本""本固邦宁"及重民尊民贵民等民本观念,能够使民本思想在当今时代焕发出新的生命力。更为重要的是,民本思想所包含的"以民为本"的核心思想以及立君为民、民为国本、政在养民的基本要求,对于我国廉政文化核心价值的构建具有重要的理论支撑作用。

The people - oriented thought is the ruling ideology of the ancient Chinese. It is an important part of Chi- na＇s outstanding traditional culture. In the context of the contemporary reform and opening up and the market econ- omy, we should inherit and carry forward morality in political affairs. People are the foundation, and when people are well - off, the country will peaceful. Respect should be given to people. In the modem era, the people - orien- ted thought continued to glow with the vitality of the ＂universal＂. More importantly, the thought is included in the core idea of ＂people - oriented＂ and the basic need of the Li Jun civilian, Civil law and Political support in the people. This is the important theoretical support for the culture of clean government in China. Therefore, it is neeessary to excavate and inherit the traditional thought of the people to promote the culture of clean government to combat corruption.
