速度向量成像技术评价左心房功能的研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 目前,超声心动图对左心室功能的研究已经广泛应用于临床,随着超声新技术的大力发展和研究的深入,左心房的功能也已受到临床的关注。研究表明,左心房功能在预测心血管事件的危险性、病死率和预后方面有着重要的作用。速度向量成像(velocity vector imagin,VVI)技术是新近发展起来的研究心肌力学、分析局部心功能的新技术,其优点为不依赖多普勒原理,无角度和帧频依赖性,无分析切面的局限性,可测量和计算任何方向的心肌运动速度向量和形变,为评价左心房功能提供新途径。文章就该技术在评价左心房功能的研究现状做一简单综述。
