基于MATLAB软件平台的全息谱图及在风机振动故障诊断中应用的研究

Research on Application of Holospectrum of MATLAB Software Platform on Vibrating And Trouble Diagnosis of Fan

介绍了全息谱的概念。并阐述了利用 MAT-LAB软件绘制二维全息谱图和三维全息谱图的方法。最后结合风机振动信号的特点 ,对全息谱在风机振动故障诊断中的应用进行了研究。给出了一些故障在全息谱上的表征 ,并给出了利用全息谱技术对振动故障分析的一些实例。

Concept of holo spectrum is introduced.Method of two and Three dimensional holo spectrum plotted by MATLAB software is set forth.Finally,combining the characteristics of the vibrating signal of fan,research is carried out on the application of holo spectrum in vibrating trouble diagnosis of fan.Indications of some troubles on holo spectrum are given,examples of vibrating troubles analysis by holo spectrum technology are also given.
